1. Collection and Intended Purpose
When you submit an architecture consultation or demo request, we collect your name, company, job title, corporate email, phone, and inquiry description. This data is exclusively utilized to respond to your inquiry and evaluate solution fit. We do not sell or lease personal data to third parties.
2. Data Security & Cryptographic Storage
All communications are secured via TLS 1.3 encryption. Data stored in our Cloudflare D1 databases is protected by strict role-based access controls. Webhook notifications automatically mask phone numbers.
3. Retention Limits & Right to Erasure
We retain lead information only as long as necessary to serve business communication purposes (default maximum 180 days). You may request complete erasure at any time by contacting our privacy team at support@ruiziyun.com.
4. Data Sovereignty
Inquiries originating in China remain stored on domestic compliant nodes. Overseas and GCC inquiries are handled according to localized data sovereignty regulations including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
